Can I have my order delivered to my workplace or other address?
Yes, simply enter different billing and shipping addresses during the checkout process.

Can I arrange to pick up my order to save shipping costs?
If we have a scheduled pick up/drop off location date and time posted, you can choose that option.  If we do not have a future location/date/time posted online, shipping is our default method. 

What happens if no one is home to receive my delivery?
Our delivery partner should leave a note to say that they attempted delivery with details of how you can reschedule delivery or where to pick up your parcel.

Will my order ship in a single parcel?
Yes. We have one office/warehouse location that all items are shipped from.  

Which countries do you deliver to?
We can ship anywhere, but there are different costs and stipulations. Orders within Canada are standard. For the United States, there is an additional charge and all items are non-refundable. For countries outside of the US & Canada please contact: info@elevatedconsignment.com for more information about special shipping rates.




We take care when inspecting items for function and good working order. If you receive an item that you believe has been misrepresented or has damage, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment and we will resolve the issue.

Due to the nature of consignment and payout of commissions, we do not offer cash returns, however we do offer site credit.  We want you to have a positive shopping experience with us each and every time!

We only accept returns on clothing and shoes (excluding accessories) for Elevated Consignment site credit. You must complete a Return Request (RR) form below within 7 days of receiving your shipment and return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Your order will include a return shipping label.

Once we receive your return in our warehouse, a site credit for the amount of the returned item(s) will be created in your name. We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your return.

We know online clothes shopping can be tricky sometimes, however to reduce the need to return items, please reach out to us via email should you have any questions about a particular item and we would be happy to provide additional specifications and insight!

Final Sale Items

All items on sale are FINAL SALE and no returns will be accepted. All items that fall outside of our return policy are available for re-consignment.
